Biochar

Soil conditioner that holds water, nutrients and carbon.

Register interest

What

Biochar organic fertilizer from coconut shell and agro-waste.

Why

Biochar locks carbon from farm waste into the soil for the long term, instead of releasing it as smoke. It helps soil hold water and nutrients, which farmers see in their fields. Because every batch moves through Gamma's digital waste-management and logistics record, the carbon it stores can be verified and traced — the basis for selling it as carbon credits.

How

Controlled pyrolysis. The same carbonisation step that already feeds the briquette line, diverted to a different output.

Who

Farms and regenerative agriculture programmes.

Where

Ghana.

When

Planned product line, in development.

Circular economy

Farm waste goes back to the farm as char, holding carbon in the soil instead of releasing it as smoke.
