Senior Operations & Technical Officer

Nii-Adam Bonney

Leads day-to-day factory and recycling-plant operations — sourcing, production, quality control. Deep machinery expertise, drives efficiency gains. Diploma, Mechanical Engineering.

Financial Manager

Jak Mensah-Vena

Owns the sophisticated financial work: taxation and compliance, audit, internal controls, strategic oversight. 8+ years in banking (Access Bank), audit/tax (AOB & Associates) and insurance finance (Allianz Life Ghana). Chartered Accountant, ICA Ghana.

Head of Digital Integration

Beryl Obiatey

7+ years in full-stack software engineering, database management and product-development leadership. BSc, KNUST.

Sales & Marketing

Belinda Agbley

FMCG sales, customer relationship management, customer acquisition and new business development. BSc, University of Professional Studies.

Co-Founder & Business Development

Edmund Dugbaza

Operational finance, risk and strategy, corporate governance. BSc, Ashesi University; MBA, Esade Barcelona. Moving into an advisory role as a minor shareholder.
